Where to Stay

Note We would suggest that you don’t delay booking accommodation as the final of the World Snooker Championship also takes place over this weekend in Sheffield.

There are several hotels within walking distance of the venue and you can access their websites by clicking on the names below.

The  Rutland Hotel, full of character, is right opposite the festival venue. Either book direct or via one of the main booking apps.

Ten minutes away on foot is the Jonas Hotel, sited in the University Village, with free parking. The Jonas Hotel is a modern refurbished student building.  The rooms are ensuite and all have 3/4 beds (small doubles — 4ft wide) which can be for single or double occupancy. There is a kitchen you may use on each floor.

On the same University site is the partner Halifax Hotel,  in a Victorian Mansion style building. The ideal way to book the rooms held for us with free cancellation is by direct phone call to the Halifax who manage booking for both these hotels. 

For more information on either of these hotels, please look at their websites. There are also other hotels and quite a few reasonable apartments on booking.com and some lovely homes on airbnb.com. (S10 properties will have easy bus route to venue.)

We are sorry that we can no longer offer campervans to stay on site or any overnight parking, due to a change in security at the School. Parking on site is of course available during the festival hours. However, Sheffield is surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are campsites not too far away.
